Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 30 days prior to date of arrival 25% of total price of the reservations will be chargeable.
If cancelled up to 14 days prior to date of arrival 50% of total price of the reservations will be chargeable.
If cancelled later than 14 days prior to date of arrival or in case of a no-show the full price of the reservations will be chargeable

The full amount will be payable on the day of booking
Children and extra beds
All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50% of the room stay per night per person for children's cots/cribs.
For any additional bed (for a child older than 12 years old) ZAR 400 per person per night will be applicable.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Any additional supplements applicable will be charged separately.
